A bill can be cancelled within 24 hours of generation if the goods were not transported or the details were wrong — provided it hasn't been verified in transit.

How to cancel

Log in, open e-Waybill → Cancel, enter the EBN, select a reason and confirm. The bill is then void and shouldn't be used for movement.

After 24 hours

You can no longer cancel. If the goods never moved, the other party can reject the bill within 72 hours of generation instead.

Cancel vs reject

Cancellation is done by the generator within 24 hours; rejection is done by the counterparty within 72 hours. Both remove the bill from active use.
