Check Caps Lock, remove stray spaces, and confirm you are on the E-Way Bill login, not the GST portal. If it still fails, reset via Forgot Credentials.
Login says account blocked.
This often means returns weren't filed for two periods (Rule 138E) or too many wrong attempts. File pending returns or wait out the lock, then reset the password.
