How to create sub-users on the E-Way Bill portal
Sub-users let staff in different branches or roles generate and manage bills under the main GSTIN, with permissions you control.
You assign each sub-user specific rights — generate, update Part-B, cancel, reject, or view reports — and can suspend them anytime.
How to sub user creation: step by step

Open User Management
Log in as the main user and go to User Management → Create Sub-User.

Set the username suffix
Choose the suffix that forms the sub-user login ID.

Assign permissions
Tick the actions the sub-user may perform.

Set office & save
Map the branch/office and save to activate the sub-user.
