Validity is distance-based and begins from the first Part-B entry — not from Part A. Regular cargo gets one day per 200 km; over-dimensional cargo gets one day per 20 km.

How the clock starts

The validity period starts when Part-B (vehicle details) is first entered. A 'day' runs until midnight of the day following that entry, then each additional slab adds a day.

Distance slabs

Up to 200 km is one day; every further 200 km adds a day (every 20 km for ODC). Use the validity calculator to estimate yours.

Expiry and extension

If a bill is close to expiring while goods are still moving, extend it within the allowed window.
