E-Way Bill transporter registration (TRANSIN enrolment)
Transporters who are not GST-registered enrol on the portal to receive a 15-character Transporter ID (TRANSIN), which lets them update Part-B and manage consignments.
Enrolment captures the transporter's PAN, business and contact details and issues the TRANSIN used as the login ID.
How to transporter registration: step by step

Open enrolment
Go to Registration → Enrolment for Transporters on the portal.

Enter PAN & details
Provide PAN, business name, and address details.

Verify with OTP
Validate the OTP sent to the contact number.

Receive TRANSIN
On success, the portal issues a 15-character TRANSIN.
